The OptiStep OLE 70cm x 120cm wooden ladder is a perfect loft access solution that combines functionality and quality at a reasonable price. It is a 3 section retractable loft ladder that is flexible, easy to install, and can fit in every home.
Made of pine wood, this loft ladder is an excellent solution for homes. It offers a robust handrail, a highly insulated hatch, and non-slip feets. Each one is fitted with reliable treads that can withstand weights up to 160 kilograms. These features all combine to create one of the best loft ladders on the market.
The highly insulated hatch is 36 millimetres thick and has a heat transmittance coefficient of 1.13 W/m2K. In practical terms, it means this loft ladder is highly insulated and will reduce the need for heating in your home.
The installation system ensures easy mounting by two people and adjustment of the ladder length to suit the room height. The 3 section loft ladder with handrail is delivered to the customer fully assembled and does not require any pre-installation work.
